Become a Friend of the Market 

The Friend of the Market is a  sponsorship program that we are opening up to everyone in our community. By becoming a Friend of the Market, you are contributing to the well being of the small farmers, makers, bakers and growers, the communities we serve, as well as the conservation of agricultural land & socio-economic opportunities.

Our Friend of the Market donations will provide much-needed support for our Market operations. 

Proceeds raised from your annual Friends of the Market donation will:

• Help us run free, quality, at-Market programming, including children’s activities, educational demos, live music, cultural experiences, and seasonal events and

•  Provide funding for Market initiatives including food education & empowerment programs for children, and much more.

There are various ways in which you can participate in the Friend of the Market program:

→ Individual, or Family Units can contribute any amount from $50-$500. 

Each Friend will receive a reusable market bag, market swag, market bucks as well as discounts and offers from many of our vendors. You can also opt to have your name listed on the Friend of the Market page on our website. 

→ Local Businesses or Corporations can contribute any amount from $500-$5000 (tax receipts will be provided). Businesses or corporations will have their logo displayed on the Friend of the Market page of our website. You will also have the opportunity to attend the market to speak with customers about your products or services, utilizing our Community Tent (please see Community/NFP Tent guidelines below). Brochure or flyers “racking” will be available at the various market tents. As well as multiple opportunities throughout the season to display your logo around the market and acknowledgement of your contributions (e.g. Kids Tent sponsored by “your name/logo here”). The frequency of these will be dictated by your sponsorship level. This will also depend on how many businesses/corporations participate in the program.

The program is kicking off June 1st, 2024, and will run for 12 months till May 31st, 2025. No prorated offers will apply.
