Busy getting a rise out of Red Fife and other grains for the final month of The Market Cook  #ayearofmarket. A rise and a crunch, a sweet melt or a savoury crumb are all top priorities until April 1st when the year culminates. The Market Cook  will be demo-ing pasta making at the The Kelowna Farmers Market March 17th using local and wild ingredients paired up with local organic heritage grains.  Come down and visit Tarynn and stay for the demo at Parkinson Recreation Centre from 11 am to 1pm
