A liquor vendor is a vendor that is authorized to sell liquor products at a farmers’ market by the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch and is subject to the KFCMS Liquor Vendor Guidelines. Products sold by a liquor vendor may include, but are not limited to, wine, spirits, ciders and beer.
If you fit this description and fall within our boundaries of Armstrong to Summerland, you may apply to become a liquor vendor at our market. All applying vendors must be able to fit within a 10ft wide by 20ft deep stall.
To apply to be a liquor vendor, please follow these steps:
1. Please ensure you can abide by our Guidelines for Liquor Vendors before you apply to the market: KFCMS Liquor Vendor Guidelines
2. In order to sell at our market, you will need authorization from LCLB, see below: LCLB Farmers’ Market Authorization Information. Our society number is S-36543, you will need this to complete the LCLB form.
3. Ensure you have read our Rules of Operations, and that you conform to them. Our Rules of Operations can be read here: ROO2016
4. Once you have obtained authorization from LCLB, please fill out the application below: Liquor Vendor Application Form. Please then send your application to email@example.com. We will be in contact with you following this email to establish your application’s approval or denial, and if approved, to establish dates of attendance with you.
