Step 1. Fill out your Vendor Record Form before applying

Use only the email bar when signing in. Do not use the Google or Apple Bar to sign in.

 

Step 3. Login to MarketMaestro

* You do not need a password for the email sign in, look for a link in your inbox. Please use the same method (Email) of logging in each time you visit MarketMaestro.

 

Step 4. Click Apply in the Menu   

 

Become a volunteer

Our amazing Volunteers/Ambassadors  are what make the Market possible! If you enjoy meeting and talking to people, working with local artisans, farmers and food vendors, helping out with special events and enjoy being outside in the fantastic Okanagan climate, please consider signing up as a volunteer!

  1. Read our Rules of Operation. Your staff or helpers are also responsible for reading and knowing the rules, so please ensure they have read them as well.
  2. Fill out an Application Form.
  3. Please scan and email your completed form to [email protected].

Become a busker/entertainer

Do you have a special talent that you’d like to share? Busking at the Market is a great way for virtuosos and entertainers to spread some cheer and earn money doing what they love.

A Busker is a person that provides music or other entertainment to customers at the market on a casual basis, as pre-booked with the Market staff.

If you would like to busk at the market, please follow the steps below:

  1. Read our Rules of Operation. Your staff or helpers are also responsible for reading and knowing the rules, so please ensure they have read them as well.
  2. Fill out a Busker Application. 2024 applications opens in March 
  3. Please scan and email your completed form to [email protected]. Feel free to provide a description of your entertainment, as well as links to music files or videos of yours, if you choose to do so. Market staff will contact you in regards to booking dates for you to busk at the market.

Non Profits

 

To apply to be a non profit, please follow the steps below:

  1. Read our Rules of Operation. Your staff or helpers are also responsible for reading and knowing the rules, so please ensure they have read them as well.
  2. Fill out an Application Form.
  3. Please scan and email your completed form to [email protected].

Required documentation

Food vendors
Proof of liability insurance, food safe certification or market safe, as well as permit to operate certificate, health approval certificate, fire department inspection sticker or confirmation of inspection, if applicable.

Farm vendors
Organic certification, liability insurance, market/food safe, or any other applicable certifications, where they apply.

Craft vendors
Only Crafters as Service providers ( i.e. Henna tattoos, face painting, cosmetics, soap or any product that is applied to the skin) are required to supply a copy of their Liability Insurance.  Massage type Therapies/Therapists,  will need to supply a copy of Certification and Liability Insurance.
